My name is Richard Button and I am based in the United Kingdom. I have been making a living using the internet since the year 2000.
The internet has widened the scope of employment for many people including myself.
The internet allowed me to explore my interest in football as I began writing articles about the sport as well as match reports. I was also an online journalist with one of the first commercial football websites.
In 2002 I decided to become freelance. I also began to expand the range of my work. I began writing copy for people’s websites. During my time as an internet copywriter I have written on a wide range of subjects. These topics include health, cars, legal, tourism, gaming, poker, loft conversions, Forex and horse racing.
I occasionally write editorial synopsises for publications and websites.
Most of my clients are here in the UK, but the internet knows no geographical boundaries. I have performed work for people based in the United States and Canada.
Having gained so much from the internet I enjoy writing articles and sharing my experiences with those who are already, or are intending to, follow a similar course in life.
